Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste salt-free
  • dried parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Place in a food processor and process until “riced”. Depending on the size of your processor you’ll probably have to do this in batches as I did.
  2. In a large saute pan, add the cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients. Saute, covered, for about 5-8 minutes on medium-high heat. Remove and serve! (Quick and easy, right?)
