Tomato Basil Cauliflower Rice Recipe For Yeast Infection
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato paste, salt-free
- dried parsley , for garnish
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into small florets. Place in a food processor and process until “riced”. Depending on the size of your processor you’ll probably have to do this in batches as I did.
- In a large saute pan, add the cauliflower and the rest of the ingredients. Saute, covered, for about 5-8 minutes on medium-high heat. Remove and serve! (Quick and easy, right?)
