Herb-Rubbed Grass-Fed Steak Recipe For Yeast Infection
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme, organic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, organic
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, organic
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano, organic
- 4 garlic, organic, minced
- 2 Tbsp sweet paprika, organic
- 1 tsp fresh black pepper, ground
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 24 oz grass-fed strip steaks
Instructions
- In a mini food processor or spice grinder, add the dried thyme rosemary and oregano. Blend to a powder.
- On a work surface, rub the minced garlic cloves all over the steak and sprinkle with the sweet paprika.
- Dust the steak with the powdered herbs, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes or more.
- Light a grill or prepare Flavorwave/NuWave.
- Drizzle the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- GRILL METHOD: Grill the steak over a medium-high fire to medium-rare on the inside, about 12 minutes per side. FLAVORWAVE METHOD: Place rack on bottom 1 inch setting. Cook at 300 F for 8-12 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
- Transfer the steak to a carving board to rest for 15 minutes.
- Working from both sides and using a sharp knife, slice the steaks against the grain.
- Arrange the slices on a platter and serve.
