Coconut Almond Chicken Recipe For Yeast Infection
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut, organic unsweetened shredded
- 0.125 tsp organic curry powder
- 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
- 5 Tbsp organic almonds, chopped
- 2 8-oz. breasts pasture-raised chicken
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease 9 x 13 baking dish with coconut oil.
- In a small bowl mix coconut, almonds, curry, salt and pepper.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
- Melt coconut oil.
- Dip chicken in coconut oil, then in coconut/almond mixture.
- Place coated chicken in single layer in baking dish.
- Drizzle remaining coconut/almond mixture over the top.
- Bake 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
