Baked Halibut with Herbed Mayonnaise Crust Recipe For Yeast Infection
Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 shallots, finely diced
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, shallots, parsley, half of the chives (save the remaining for garnish), lemon juice and pepper.
- Lightly coat the inside of the baking dish with oil or butter (to prevent the halibut from sticking). Place the halibut filets in the baking dish.
- Evenly spoon your mayonnaise mixture onto the top of the halibut filets. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes minutes being careful not to overcook. Just before the fish is done, turn on the top broiler of your oven for 1-2 minutes to make the top golden. The fish is done when it becomes opaque.
- Remove the halibut from the oven and sprinkle the remaining chives evenly on top. Serve immediately.
